Alberta Early Learning and Care Workforce Stability
2023 to 2024
This was a community-engaged, qualitative research initiative that was established in response to the Canada Alberta Early Learning and Child Care bilateral agreement. We conducted a series of focus groups to assess the impact of the early childhood educators wage grid on operations.
