Prime is presently a Master of Arts in Community Engagement student at University of Alberta. He has worked for the National Anti-Poverty Commission in the Philippines where he specialized in the planning and monitoring and evaluation of the agency’s programs, projects and activities. Before enrolling to MA Community Engagement, he was pursuing his master’s degree in Community Development at the University of the Philippines where he concentrated in community organizing, community planning and organizational development.

The Evaluation Capacity Network is housed at the University of Alberta, primarily located on the territory of the Néhiyaw (Cree), Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, Nakoda (Stoney), Dene, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Anishinaabe (Ojibway/Saulteaux), lands that are now known as part of Treaties 6, 7 and 8 and homeland of the Métis.
