Xinjie is the Chief Analytics Officer at PolicyWise for Children & Families, and is responsible for leading data analytics initiatives to support evidence-informed decision making in the public and non-profit sectors. Xinjie has a PhD in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Alberta. She has a strong background in policy-relevant research using administrative data. In 2007, Xinjie was appointed as the inaugural Director of the Child and Youth Data Laboratory (CYDL), a cutting-edge initiative conducted in partnership with the Government of Alberta.
