Isabelle is an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa, and is specialized in program and policy evaluation. She was also Associate Professor at l’École nationale d’administration publique from 2012 to 2019. Prior to joining academia, she worked for more than a decade as an evaluation practitioner in the Canadian federal government. Her current research work focuses on measuring and building organizational evaluation capacity in the public and community sectors. Isabelle is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation.
